Educational Philosophy
"As a Special Education teacher, I believe in an individualized education in the least restrictive environment is top priority and meeting the needs of every student in every way possible in and out of the classroom. My job as an educator is to provide the best individualized, culturally relevant curriculum that embodies the need of every child, and incorporates their interests and background using my energetic, caring, loving passion of teaching and the best theories and practices."

Clinical Experiences
Practicum (Spring 2021) - Due to COVID, my practicum experience was over zoom with one student twice a week.
Field-Base Location (Fall 2021): Minooka Community High School at the Central Campus; instructed in two sections of a self-contained English 4 class with 12th grade students with high incident disabilities, developing lesson plans for face-to-face instruction.
